We carry out a risk assessment for each job and adhere to strict health and safety processes, including Health and Safety Executive (HSE) guidelines and all relevant regulations.
Our team are all qualified and certified arborists.
We are fully insured through Arborisk, including Public Liability Insurance.
We take a comprehensive, client-focused approach to all our work, following a six step process:
- If your initial inquiry is by email or via our website, we will contact you within 24 hours to have an initial phone discussion about your concerns and requirements.
- Site visit to assess your trees and surrounding environment.
- Quotation provided within 24 hours, with full details of our recommendations, estimated duration and anything we’ll require from you (such as access for equipment).
- Schedule the work for a time that suits you, taking into account any local authority permissions required.
- Our team will confirm all the final details when they arrive and carry out your work safely and efficiently, with minimal disruption to you and your neighbours. We’ll leave your site clean and tidy.
- When the work is completed, we’ll ensure you’re fully satisfied, answer any questions, and send you recommendations for the ongoing care of your trees.
