Yes, we’re experienced in felling trees in challenging locations, such as close to buildings, cables or public locations.
We carry out a full site assessment prior to any work commencing.
We often use sectional dismantling in difficult locations, which enables us to fell the tree in a highly controlled manner. As well as protecting people and property, this process is also beneficial in minimising the impact on neighbouring habitats and wildlife.
If your tree has a Tree Preservation Order (TPO) you will need to seek permission to carry out any work on it, or develop the site near it.
We can support you in navigating the process of seeking permission and presenting your case to your local council. This can include producing all the necessary reports and compliance requirements you will need as part of your application.
Yes, we have extensive experience in managing trees in conservation areas and can support you in applying for the necessary approvals. We’ll take care of all the documentation and compliance requirements to smooth the process and minimise your workload.
British Standard 5837:2024 surveys are required when you submit a planning application for sites which include trees or have adjacent trees.
Our tree surveys are BS5837 compliant and will provide you with a report recommending how the site layout, placement of structures and landscaping can make the most of existing trees.
