Full range of tree management and maintenance services

The best approach for tree management is one of minimal intervention.

However, in our modern environment where we have to consider public health and safety, amenity value, excessive shading and the longevity of trees in outdoor spaces, we have a duty to maintain them appropriately.

We treat every tree as an individual, carefully considering the correct approach for the species, location and desired outcome.

We couple our extensive arboricultural knowledge and experience with the latest equipment and working methods, to ensure that your trees are cared for professionally and sensitively.

Our services

These are just some of the tree management services we undertake

CROWN REDUCING OR RAISING

This pruning technique manages the height and spread of trees by removing growth from the top and sides (crown reduction) or from the lower parts (crown raising).

CROWN THINNING

Selective removal of branches from the uppermost part of the tree to reduce its density, boosting the tree’s health, increasing light levels and reducing the risk of branches falling.

POLLARDING AND RE-POLLARDING

Pollarding is a pruning technique whereby the upper branches of a tree are completely removed. This helps to manage the size of the tree, preserve juvenile features and extend its life-span.

TREE REMOVAL

Tree felling should always be a last resort. When it has to be done, it’s important to carry out the work in a safe manner, minimising the impact on the surrounding area.
